  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (1/2 stick)
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 4 cups turkey drippings *
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Gravy Instructions
  1. Slice and melt 1/4 cup unsalted butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir in 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and cook for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Slowly whisk in 4 cups of turkey drippings until fully combined.
  4. Bring the gravy to a slow boil, then cook until it reaches your desired thickness.
  5. Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
