  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing the garlic.
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper To taste.
  • 1/4 cup Parsley (fresh, chopped) Adds freshness to the dish.
  • 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast (optional) Adds a cheesy flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice (optional) For added flavor.

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Garlic Butter
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and vegan butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter.
  2. Season with salt, black pepper, and toss in the parsley.
  3. If desired, sprinkle with nutritional yeast and drizzle lemon juice for added flavor.
