- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut sweet potatoes into ¼ to ½ inch wide and 3-inch long sticks, then toss them with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss this spice mixture with the sweet potatoes, then spread them evenly on two rimmed baking sheets.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until the bottoms are brown and crisp. Flip the fries and continue baking for another 10 minutes until the other side is also crispy. Serve immediately.
